Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

  • Full Refund: If the trip is cancelled or modified 48+ hours before the scheduled date, a full refund is issued (excluding any service fees if applicable).
  • Partial Refund: If cancelled or modified 24 to 48 hours before the trip, 50% of the total amount will be refunded.
  • No Refund: No refund will be provided for cancellations or modifications made less than 24 hours before the trip.

2. No-Show Policy

  • No refunds will be issued if the customer fails to show up on the scheduled date.
  • Unused services (e.g., tickets, car rentals, sightseeing, transfers) are non-refundable.
  • Rescheduling of missed tours is not allowed.

3. Online Payment Refunds

  • If the booking was paid online via credit card, a 5% service fee will be deducted from the refund amount to cover transaction charges.

4. Refund Processing Time

  • Refund requests will be processed within 7-14 business days after approval.
  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method.
  • Al Marjan Tours is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment processors.

5. Cancellation & Refund Request Procedure

  • Customers must submit a written cancellation request via email or fax.
  • Al Marjan Tours will confirm the cancellation and refund details via email, fax, or phone.
  • Refunds will not be processed for cancellation requests that are not officially submitted or confirmed.
