Refund Policy
1. Refund Eligibility
- Full Refund: If the trip is cancelled or modified 48+
hours before the scheduled date, a full refund is issued (excluding
any service fees if applicable).
- Partial Refund: If cancelled or modified 24 to 48
hours before the trip, 50% of the total amount will be
refunded.
- No Refund: No refund will be provided for
cancellations or modifications made less than 24 hours before the
trip.
2. No-Show Policy
- No refunds will be issued if the customer fails to show up
on the scheduled date.
- Unused services (e.g., tickets, car rentals, sightseeing,
transfers) are non-refundable.
- Rescheduling of missed tours is not allowed.
3. Online Payment Refunds
- If the booking was paid online via credit card, a 5%
service fee will be deducted from the refund amount to cover
transaction charges.
4. Refund Processing Time
- Refund requests will be processed within 7-14 business days
after approval.
- Refunds will be issued through the original payment method.
- Al Marjan Tours is not responsible for delays caused by banks or
payment processors.
5. Cancellation & Refund
Request Procedure
- Customers must submit a written cancellation request via
email or fax.
- Al Marjan Tours will confirm the cancellation and refund details
via email, fax, or phone.
- Refunds will not be processed for cancellation requests that
are not officially submitted or confirmed.
