Cancellation Fees:

• No charge if cancelled or amended 48+ hours before the trip.
• 50% charge if cancelled or modified 24-48 hours before the trip.
• 100% charge if cancelled or modified within 24 hours of the trip.
• If paid online via credit card, a 5% service charge applies to refunds.

 No-Show Policy:

• No refund for no-shows or unused services (tickets, car rentals, sightseeing, etc.).
• No rescheduling for missed tours or transfers.

 Cancellation Procedure:

• Cancellations must be submitted in writing to Al Marjan Tours.
• Confirmation of cancellation will be communicated via fax, phone, or email.
• Al Marjan Tours is not liable for unsubmitted or unconfirmed cancellation requests.
